Get your form checked and learn the basics of barbell training with a 2 hour training clinic with Starting Strength Coaches Joyce Luke and Jarrod Schaefer. You will get individual coaching as you learn the correct technique for 3 barbell lifts: the SQUAT, PRESS, AND DEADLIFT.  Space is limited to ensure individual attention and lots of practice on the platform. Completion of this clinic makes you eligible to join group training membership with a 10% discount!
