FMS screening is offered to all members and  readily identifies functional limitations and asymmetries, which can reduce the effects of  training and conditioning. Dangerous movement patterns are identified so that they can be addressed! Your readiness to perform exercise so that realistic goals can be set and achieved.  This makes it easier to target problems and track your progress. Corrective exercises that will be most effective to restore proper movement and build strength are identified and added to your customized program!
