Located in Northwest Hills at Far West and Hart (behind Starbucks and next door to the cleaners).

The Club is simple, effective, and small. Members gain STRENGTH, CONFIDENCE, and COMMUNITY training in small groups with their own supervised strength based program.

Monday :  7:30am-9am, 5pm-8:30pm

Tuesday :  7:30am-11am, 5pm-8:30pm

Wednesday :  7:30am-9am, 5pm-8:30pm

Thursday:  7:30am-11 am, 5pm-8:30pm

Friday :  7:30am-9am

Saturday :  10am-12pm

Sunday :  CLOSED
