Kick off your New Year by getting stronger! Learn the basics of barbell training with this in depth 2 hour clinic with Starting Strength Coach Joyce Luke. You will get individual coaching as you learn the correct technique for 3 barbell lifts: the SQUAT, PRESS, AND DEADLIFT.  Space is limited to ensure individual attention and lots of practice on the platform. Completion of this clinic makes you eligible to join group training membership with a 10% discount!

Membership is a monthly fee. Members get a customized strength program and are coached for every workout by a Starting Strength Coach using Starting Strength methods. Training is done in small groups typically 3x a week. To get started you'll be contacted to schedule your consult and assessment.

Get one on one coaching for in depth work on your lifting technique, form checks for the squat, press, deadlift, bench press, or the Olympic lifts. These are up to 90 minute sessions and by appointment only.

Open Gym Membership is $149/month after a one time fee of $99  for enrollment which includes your  60 minute assessment session during which you'll receive coaching for the barbell lifts and your program.
